Our Conveyancers, Robert Pringle BA (Hons) and Gillian White FILEx are specialists in the buying and selling of domestic property and can also act for your mortgage lender if a mortgage is required and provide full guidance and assisitance regarding your new mortgage. If your property is Leasehold, we will thoroughly investigate the Lease and advise you accordingly.

After completion we will ensure all the necessary procedures have been complied with and we will advise you with regard to any obligations you may have under covenants that may affect your new property, buildings insurance and boundary rights.

We can also undertake transfers of equity of property from one person to another and assist if you are purchasing your Council House from the Local Council.

Home Information Packs (HIPS)

Every home put on the market now requires a Home Information Pack which includes a home energy efficiency rating. The pack includes an Energy Performance certificate containing advice on how to cust carbon emissions and fuel bills. Also included are documents such as a sale statement, searches and evidence of title.
